I didn't get to fill out/print out my gift card?
Immediately after you purchase, you will have a receipt in your email box that says
"Thank you for your order". On the top of that receipt is a link to go back to,
complete or print out your gift card.
My card is not printing correctly only the words show but no pictures?
There is a miscommunication between the program and your printer.
We have provided two cards for you to print in a word document format.
Just download and print the cards from here
and you can fill them in yourself. The version you filled out and
sent online will still be delivered to the wedding couple's online account.
I click on the "buy gift" button and nothing happens?
If that doesn't work, please feel free to call technical support at 858-433-1506 (9am - 9pm, M -F, 10am - 5pm Sat, EST)
and we can assist you with your order over the phone.
My credit card is not working?
Please check the error message after the transaction is completed.
I want it to be a surprise?
The couple will know that a gift is purchased immediately, but don't fill in your gift card and they cant see
any messages from you. The receipt that you are emailed has a link on the top that never expires, save that
email and you can send your gift card message whenever you want the couple to see it.
Couples
My username and password won't work?
Make sure you are typing the EXACT Username when you set up your registry. It is case and space sensitive.
If you cannot remember your username/password, click on "Forgot my password" located on the upper right
hand corner of the home page and follow the prompts.
It is not working if you do see the log in boxes change to the word "logout". If it still does not work, there are three things that you can try:
I registered and it won't let me "select" any items to add to my list?
I can't find where to add items to the registry list?
Just log in and go to "Edit Registry"; then click on "Choose" to add an item.
I can't see how to delete items from the registry list?
Just log in and to "View Summary"; then click on "Delete" to delete items.
I can't see where to edit my personal account information, change the location, add my paypal information, etc?
We have to change that information in several places, so please send any account information changes to us at

Make sure to include your full name.
I can't upload my photos to the wedding website?
Your file size might be too big. Try reducing the size to be 50k or less. You can try using programs
like "Snag It" or "Photoshop". If you still can't upload, please email us at
libertytravel@eregistrygifts.com.
I can't see where to add my own ideas to the registry? Can I post my own photos on my registry list?
Just log in and go to "Edit Registry" on the top you will see the option (in blue) to "Create Your Own".
Due to copyright laws, you can't post photos of your own resort, cruises, etc. there, but we have about
75 photos for you to choose from.
I don't know who bought me what gifts?
Just log in and go to "View Wedding Gifts". There you will see all gift details and you can read your gift announcements.
How do I add multiple destinations?
To have multiple destinations, pick your first destination and choose items. Then, send the next destination to
libertytravel@eregistrygifts.com
We will switch it out and then you can add items from that destination. You can have a list as long as you want
with as many destinations included. However, the top of your registry will reflect one location. Always make sure
to give us your full name when making changes.
I am from another country and cannot enter my address information?
Please enter what you can; then, email us any other details at
libertytravel@eregistrygifts.com
and we will change your files as needed.
Why isn't the money showing up in my bank account?
The gift funds do not automatically go over. They are available by request anytime by emailing
libertytravel@eregistrygifts.com
If we do not hear from you, we send them 5 days before the wedding. (Some people like to save
it up so they don't spend it!) They are sent either by PayPal or check using regular US Mail.
