If you think you are using the correct username and password - double-check that when you put in the username and password the boxes do not change to "log out". If they do not change - but you think you are using the correct username and password, you may have to adjust the security settings on your computer. Please try the following while editing your registry:

• First, make sure that your pop up blockers are disabled and that your Internet security is not set higher than medium.
• Second, open up Internet Explorer > Go to Tools > Internet Options > Security > Custom Level. Your level should be medium or lower.
• Third, make sure that your Privacy is no higher than medium. Go to Tools > Internet Options > Privacy. Your level should be no higher than medium, you may even have to try low.
