We met 8 years ago in 1999 at Gloria's dad's film shoot. We saw each other a few more times and were together for over a year and a half before Chris went into the airforce but still remained friends. He came back in 2005 and we were back together by March 2006 and now we are planning our September 2007 wedding. We have had so much fun together, singing, dancing, running karaoke, and look forward to spending our life together under God and with all our family and friends supporting us. Thank you again for everyone's support planning the wedding and helping us with our honeymoon. It means so much to us and hope everyone enjoys themselves at our wedding.

We always wanted to have a water front wedding. We wanted to either get married on the beach or right next to the beach, which is why we are getting married on the East Side Lawn at Herrington on the Bay. It is the perfect location for us to live our dream. The ceremony will be at 6:00pm with everyone in attendance, you may want to arrive about 30 to 60 minutes ahead of time to be seated. Our wedding colors are white and blue. Be ready for a great event. It will be outdoors, so do not overdress yourselves in too many layers. If by chance it does rain, the wedding will be held in the Herrington's main reception hall. Either way, rain or shine, this will be a great day.

The reception will be between 6:30 and 10:30. This is where the fun begins. We will have a buffet for dinner, and karaoke/dj as entertainment. We are here to have a good time, so please enjoy yourself in singing a song, or dancing the night away. We will have the traditional garter toss, the bouquet throw, the dances, the cake cutting. But this is a time for everyone to enjoy the celebration and try to forget the formalities of a wedding. This is our day and we want everyone to enjoy themselves. For appetizers, at the buffet, there will be crab dip (our favorite) and a huge fruit display for everyone to enjoy. For the meal, also on the buffet, there will be pasta, and bbqchicken, and salad, with bread. We wanted to go simple with great foods, everyone loves. We have a 3 hr open bar

There are a few places in the area. Right next door to Herrinton on the Bay is the Herrington Harbor Inn, it is a beautiful location right next to the Chesapeake Bay. There is also the Chesapeake Resort and Spa, which is also a beautiful location. But during this time of the season, it would be a good idea to get make your arrangements as soon as you know if you are coming or not. These will fill up quickly. There is also the Mango's Bar and Grill, and the Mango's resteraunt close by.
