Who knew love and then eventually marriage could result from a blind date in October of 2005?
Not us, but it did. Truthfully, we don't think we had much of a choice, it was beyond our control. Some might call it fate, destiny, or God's plan, and so do we. After dating for two years, we planned our first vacation together. We decided we would travel to the big island of Hawaii. Towards the end of a great vacation, after attending a luau, we sat outside with only the ocean sound and the night sky in the background. It was then that Thomas proposed. That was the start of the rest of our lives, as they say. Now, were looking forward to exchanging our vows of marriage in front of all our family and friends.

In front of God on Friday, September 10, 2010 we will become husband and wife. The ceremony will be held at Santo Christo Church on Columbia Street in Fall River, Massachusetts. The ceremony will begin at 5 O'Clock pm and the reception will follow.

The celebration will then move from the ceremony to the reception and will start at 6:30 pm. The reception is being held at the Roger Williams Park Casino on Elmwood Avenue in Providence, Rhode Island. After cocktail hour, a delicious dinner will be served for all to enjoy. Following dinner, guests will be encouraged onto the dance floor!

Thomas and I are so excited that you are sharing these special moments with us. We are looking forward to seeing all our family and friends come together to help us celebrate at our upcoming wedding shower and especially on our wedding day. Having everyone there means a great deal to us and we can't wait until our big day.
